As a technology consultant and software development leader, Paul works with a carefully assembled team built over more than a decade. This team, spanning 4 continents, specializes in platform development, telecom infrastructure, AI voice agents, web and mobile applications, and comprehensive marketing solutions. His leadership style focuses on strategic guidance while empowering his team to deliver exceptional results across diverse technology domains.
A Journey of Continuous Evolution
Paul’s career began in 1982 as an electronics engineer, evolving through mainframe computer repair during the dawn of the computer age, then into PC systems as desktop computing emerged. He pioneered computer recycling in East Anglia and launched one of the UK’s first Internet service provider businesses. His entrepreneurial spirit led him into music event promotion, creating the UK’s first music industry promotions and ticket sales website, and establishing an international artist management agency that toured performers across America, Europe, and Asia.
In 2007, Paul pivoted into telecommunications, first as a consultant, then founding Eurodexx, which was successfully sold by acquisition in 2018. This success funded his next venture, Metavoxx, a multi-application communications platform with unique global capabilities designed for the remote working revolution.
Current Leadership Roles
Today, Paul serves as Founder and CEO of Okra Datacom, where he builds AI agents and autonomous systems that operate across all communication channels in any language. As Co-Founder and CTO of ClinicVA.AI, he focuses on revolutionizing healthcare through AI-enhanced telephone reception systems. In his role as Partner and CTO at BalanceVA, he crafts digital and AI solutions specifically for the healthcare industry, combining his decades of technology expertise with a deep understanding of healthcare operational needs.
